THE PURPOSE
Formula 3 was created to provide both men and women a product they can use at their own convenience to help them live a healthy and active lifestyle. For whatever reasons not all people can access fitness facilities or participate in regular sporting activities. By creating Formula 3 we give them two safe and effective cardio opportunities, knowledge on safe workout techniques, and proper nutrition recommended by Canada's National Food Guide
Leading a healthy and active lifestyle most often requires change. That change can be very subtle. Just acts like using the stairs more often, walking further distances, and implementing some form of resistance training in your life. Its not easy by any means, if it was everyone would be doing it.
